In this indoor class, ladies will learn to golf using the TrackMan golf simulators. The program includes warm-ups with Cardio Golf and a virtual golf course experience.

Lessons will cover the fundamentals of golf, including putting, chipping, pitching, and full-swing techniques with irons and woods.
