Description
What is a trust, and how can it benefit you? In this program, we will explain how different trusts work and when they may be appropriate. You'll learn about the benefits of trusts, including minimizing or avoiding taxes, protecting assets from creditors or ex-spouses, preserving public benefits, supporting loved ones with disabilities, and potentially avoiding probate. Our goal is to give you a clear understanding of how these planning tools can work for you. After the class, each participant will receive an informational booklet about trusts from our estate planning and elder law firm.
This is a virtual Zoom class.
