Description

Participants of this class will learn to play this great ever-popular game called 'Pickleball', a popular game enjoyed by many.

You will be placed in a class suitable to your level, so whether you are a beginner or an intermediate player, the instructor will tailor the lessons to meet your individual needs.  

The class will be taught over a four-week period consisting of four one-and-a-half-hour classes. The course will cover the rules of the game, terminology, primary shot skills, court positioning and movement, scorekeeping, and some basic tactical concepts.

Additionally, we will focus on advancing your game to the next level by working on shot refinement, court positioning, shot selection as well as some basic doubles strategies.

 

Additional Notes

Pickleball paddles are not required. The facility will have paddles to borrow/demo for the class and can provide paddle purchase guidance.

Non-marking supportive footwear required, preferably Tennis or Pickleball shoes.
