Description
In this version of fresh pasta making, we will introduce you to specialty pastas such as Garganelli, Fazzioletti, and Strozzapreti, along with the history behind these unusual shapes and the sauces they pair well with. Buon Appetito!
Menu: Garganelli with Pesto, Fazzioletti (pasta handkerchiefs) with Cherry tomatoes & Burrata, Strozzapreti pasta con Salsa di Coniglio (Braised Rabbit).
Additional Notes
Materials fee of $20 payable in cash or via Zelle to the instructor on the night of class.
