Everyone loves Risotto, but not everyone is comfortable making it. Come learn the step-by-step process of Risotto making, including the "Best" rice for Risotto making. We’ll also show you some classics and discover new flavors along the way. Master the art of Risotto!
Menu: Classic Risotto Milanese, Supplì alla Romana, Risotto Salto, Spring Pea and Pancetta Risotto.
