There's more to Gnocchi than potatoes! Take a trip around Italy with Chef Joe to explore Gnocchi from the different regions of Italy - from traditional Potato Gnocchi & tomato sauce to others!

Menu: Gnocchi di Patate w/ tomato, basil & ricotta, Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi Gorgonzola, &
Mascarpone Gnocchi with a Strawberry Balsamic Glaze (Dessert).

Materials fee of $20 payable in cash or via Zelle to the instructor on the night of class.
