Description

Take a trip way down south to Florida and its Caribbean neighbors for some iconic island taste sensations. Featuring foods from The Bahamas, Cuba, and the Florida Keys.

Menu: Cuban Sandwich, Bahamian Conch Chowder, Grilled Mahi-Mahi w/ Tropical Fruit Salsa & Caribbean Bread Pudding.

Materials fee of $20 payable in cash or via Zelle to the instructor on the night of class.
